Chakra Workshop
Every week we are going to visit a different chakra and seek
the knowledge to overcome any issues residing in that area.
Week 1: Root Chakra
Wear Red – This is our life force and represents issue with
safety and security. Childhood issues
reside in this chakra. Many problems
with our physical body are represented by blockages in this area.
Week 2: Sacral Chakra
Wear Orange – This is our sensing and feeling energy. Issues of fertility and creativity reside in
this chakra. Lacking confidence and a
positive outlook can cause blockages.
Blockages can also affect asthma and allergies, including skin
conditions.
Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra
Wear Yellow – This is our mental energy. Issues of power and control reside in this
chakra. Blockages can affect memory and
learning as well as digestive issues.
Week 4: Heart Chakra
Wear Green – This is our emotional energy and controls
issues of love. Difficulty saying no,
envy and gossiping reside in this area.
Blockages can affect respiratory issues.
Week 5: Throat Chakra
Wear Blue/Turquoise – This is our communication energy. Difficulty expressing yourself and telling
the truth reside in this area. Blockages
can affect organization, integrity and loyalty.
Physical issue include sore throats, shoulder and jaw tension.
Week 6: Third Eye Chakra
Wear Dark Blue/Indigo – This is our intuitive energy. Difficulty following or hearing your insight
reside in this area. Issues with fear
and anxiety are affected by this chakra. Blockages in this area can lead to insomnia
and not feeling rested after sleep.
Week 7: Crown Chakra
Wear Purple – This is our spiritual energy. Difficulties with spirituality and balancing
your energies reside in this chakra.
Knowing your purpose and soul path are affected by this area. Blockages can be shown by immune
deficiencies.
