The ASMR Chakra Workshop is a way to relax and heal. Each video will start with a relaxing ASMR Ritual, including blowing smoke, crinkling energy sounds and, as always from me, a massage. After becoming thoroughly relaxed, a guided visualization will help me to heal the energy centers throughout your body.
The end of each live video will include time to answer questions, provide personalized readings, spirit guide intuition and Reiki treatments.
Each week for 7 weeks we will focus on a different power center, called Chakras, which address different issues.
