The Solar Plexus Chakra is a yellow disk at the base of your
ribcage. Individuals with a clear Solar
Plexus Chakra accept themselves and know their place in the world. They also have more tolerance for
others. People with overactive chakras
may be perfectionists and very judgmental of themselves and others. People with a blocked Solar Plexus Chakra
will feel pressured, anxious and frustrated.
