Third Eye Chakra Workshop

Throat Chakra

This is a blue disk at the back of your throat.  People with a strong throat chakra are able to freely express their feelings and emotions both verbally and through artistic means.  If this chakra is blocked individuals may find it hard to communicate.  They may not fully understand their own emotions and feel misunderstood by others.  This may express through being too timid or too angry and defensive.

The Heart Chakra is a green disk right behind your heart.  This chakra controls love for others, self and unconditional love.  This Chakra encourages peace of mind.  People with blocked heart chakras may feel rage towards themselves and others.  They are often difficult in relationships because they always feel they are giving more than the other person.  People with an inactive Heart Chakra may feel unworthy of love and experience lots of negativity.  Circulatory issues can also affect this Chakra.
