This is a blue disk at the back of your throat. People with a strong throat chakra are able
to freely express their feelings and emotions both verbally and through
artistic means. If this chakra is
blocked individuals may find it hard to communicate. They may not fully understand their own
emotions and feel misunderstood by others.
